Bob Fitts is a well-known Christian musician and songwriter who has devoted his entire life to singing for the Lord. He has recordings on Integrity and Maranatha. Bob Fite has made the decision to give his life in order to serve God.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from The Melodyland School of Theology after finishing high school in Anaheim, California.

In high school, Bob and Kathy dated before getting hitched in 1976. Their first child, Andy, was born in 1981, and they relocated to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, where they worked with Youth With A Mission and its academic arm, The University of the Nations, until 1993.

Since the beginning of the 1970s, Bob Fitts has been composing music and directing congregational worship. Bob was consistently present to sing to the glory of God when several students at his high school in Corona, California, gathered regularly for lunchtime worship and prayer.

After high school, he attended The Melodyland School of Theology in Anaheim, California, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry.

At the same time, he served as a youth pastor and church worship leader in Riverside, California.

During that time, Bob led several Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) and in 1990 pioneered the School of Worship, which is now presented in several countries around the world. He still has the privilege of speaking in those schools from time to time.

Bob Fitts has been leading worship and writing songs with an international platform in live performances and recordings since the 1970s.

Outside of his production duties, Bob works as an actor. His first short, “High Expectations” (2007), was screened at the Cannes International Film Festival.

Most recently, he finished work on the upcoming feature, Missing Pieces, which stars Mark Boone Jr. (Batman Begins, “Sons of Anarchy”) and Melora Walters (Cold Mountain, Magnolia, “Big Love”).

His involvement in the local film community includes working hand in hand with The Sidewalk Film Festival in Birmingham where he serves on the festival’s screening committee.
